About the role
HandyHunts is looking for an EUC Level 1 Technician to provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and IT infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring systems, and supporting smooth IT operations for end users.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
- Perform system updates, patches, and security checks.
- Maintain IT documentation and update service tickets.
- Support IT deployments, upgrades, and equipment replacements.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, IT Support Engineer, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools.
- Understanding of hardware troubleshooting and IT infrastructure.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to support requests.
