EUC Technician

We are looking for a EUC Level 1 Technician to provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install and configure systems, and ensure smooth IT operations for end users.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.Install and configure IT equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.Perform system updates, patches, and security checks.Maintain IT documentation and update service tickets.Support IT deployments, upgrades, and equipment replacements.Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors for issue resolution.RequirementsProven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, IT Support Engineer, or similar role.Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools.Understanding of hardware troubleshooting and IT infrastructure.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and respond to support requests quickly.
