Evaluation Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic professional to join our client engagement team as a Evaluatation Specialist. In this role, you will conduct calls (Outbound & Automated dial) to potential clients who have expressed interest in legal assistance for employment law and/or workers’ compensation cases in California. Your primary focus will be to consult with potential clients, assess whether their case meets the firm’s criteria, address questions or concerns, and guide them through the process of signing a retainer agreement. This is a client-facing role that requires clear communication, emotional intelligence, and confidence in handling legal intake pre-qualification (without offering legal advice). Key Responsibilities: • Handle Automated outbound calls to leads seeking legal assistance with employment law and/or workers’ compensation cases.• Conduct pre-qualification consultations by asking guided questions to assess case eligibility. • Address client concerns or objections and use provided rebuttals to assist in converting the lead. • Accurately document call outcomes and notes in the CRM system. • Uphold empathy, professionalism, and compliance throughout all interactions. Qualifications: • 1+ year of experience in Sales • Fluent in English (C1)• Ability to build trust, manage objections, and explain complex processes in simple terms.• Computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools. • Comfortable working in a metric-driven environment. • Availability to work onsite full-time.
