About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Executive to join our finance team. You will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with GAAP principles.Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all financial transactions and reconciliations.Collaborate with management to develop annual budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, presenting findings to key stakeholders.Maintain and strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Serve as a primary point of contact for external auditors, facilitating audit requests and providing necessary documentation and explanations.Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications3+ years' of professional accounting experience.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience.Strong understanding of GAAP principles, financial reporting requirements, and internal controls.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to diverse stakeholders.Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
