About the RoleAs an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to leadership, assisting with both administrative and operational responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, adaptable, and comfortable handling a wide range of tasks as the position evolves.
Key ResponsibilitiesReviewing, organizing, and managing correspondence.Managing and coordinating calendars and schedules.Preparing operational reports.Collecting and consolidating updates from team members.Providing general administrative and operational support as needed.
What We’re Looking ForMinimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.Advanced English (B2/C1), both written and spoken.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and positive attitude.
