Executive Sales Marketing

Handle customer inquiries regarding visa processing, tour packages, air tickets and travel services. Communicate with clients through phone, WhatsApp, email and social media platforms. Generate new leads and follow up with prospective clients. Promote and sell the company's travel and visa-related services. Prepare quotations and provide suitable travel solutions to clients. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Requirements include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good command of Bangla and English, strong sales, negotiation and customer service abilities, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet applications, self-motivated, target-driven and willing to learn, ability to work under pressure and in a team environment. Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, Travel or Visa Consultancy is an advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for the Jr. Executive position.
