Discount Locksmith LLC , an Idaho LLC, is seeking a skilled and experienced Locksmith to join our team on a contract basis in Boise, Idaho. This role is perfect for a hands-on professional passionate about enhancing community safety through expert locksmith services. Key Responsibilities Perform lock installations and repairs for residential, commercial, and automotive clients with precision. Provide key cutting and duplication services ensuring accuracy and quality. Respond promptly and professionally to emergency lockout situations. Diagnose and troubleshoot various lock and security system issues, offering effective solutions. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and educating on lock maintenance and security options. Maintain detailed records of all services performed, including work orders and inventory management. Collaborate with team members on larger projects and assist in training junior locksmiths and apprentices. Required and Preferred Qualifications Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle. Minimum of 2 years proven locksmith experience with strong skills in key cutting, lock repair, and installation. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Technical expertise in various locks and security systems. Experience using locksmith tools and relevant software. Own locksmith tools or ability to acquire necessary equipment.
