Key Responsibilities Perform routine pool inspections and maintenance, including chemical balancing, filter cleaning, and pump operation checks. Diagnose and repair pool equipment, plumbing, and system issues promptly to provide effective solutions. Maintain detailed service records and update maintenance logs after each appointment. Educate clients on proper pool care techniques to promote safety and pool longevity. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve maintenance procedures. Assist with pool installations and major repairs as required. Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and report reordering needs to management. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in pool maintenance with strong knowledge of water chemistry and attention to detail. Familiarity with pool equipment and water testing tools. Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently. Preferred: Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or similar certification.
