Position: Experienced Remote General Manager Company: Discount ACR Location: Remote (Phoenix, Arizona Time Zone) This is a full-time remote position allowing you to work from anywhere globally. You will be expected to work 6 days a week with long hours, primarily during Arizona business hours (5 AM to 10 PM MST), and be available around the clock for urgent tasks. Discount ACR is a busy and rapidly growing AC service company based in Phoenix, Arizona. We are seeking a highly capable, experienced, and productive General Manager to lead our operations remotely. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive organizational growth. Lead, mentor, and manage team members fostering a high-performance culture. Analyze operational performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Communicate effectively with clients, technicians, and stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction. Manage hiring, scheduling, parts ordering, invoicing, and other operational tasks. Manage budgets and financial forecasting to maintain profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on company initiatives and projects. Required and Preferred Qualifications Extensive experience in general management, preferably within service industries. Strong multitasking and organizational skills with a proactive approach. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proficient in managing remote teams and operations. Ability to work flexible hours aligned with Arizona time zone.
