Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business, or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills with innovative approaches. Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Minimum 2 years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment preferred. Recruiting or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus. As part of a collaborative team, you will report directly to the Recruitment Team Lead, ensuring alignment on hiring goals and contributing to Uber’s workforce growth.
