Key Responsibilities Develop and execute targeted Facebook marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and customer engagement. Create compelling and visually engaging Facebook content aligned with company marketing objectives. Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to optimize performance and maximize ROI. Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding across all channels. Stay current with Facebook marketing trends and integrate best practices into campaigns. Manage Facebook ad campaigns including budget management, audience targeting, and A/B testing. Engage actively with the Facebook community by responding promptly to comments and messages. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager and other social media management tools. Experience using analytics platforms to track and report campaign results. 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media management. Facebook Blueprint certification or other digital marketing credentials are a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position based in New York City.
