What You'll DoDesign and facilitate engaging, student-centered learning experiences.Foster critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving.Guide students in developing independence, responsibility, and a growth mindset.Personalize instruction based on each student's academic goals and learning style.Monitor student progress and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.Build meaningful relationships with students and families.Integrate technology and innovative instructional strategies into everyday learning.Promote student leadership, ownership, and collaboration.
