About the role
Guyoil is seeking a Facilities Attendant to perform manual tasks on the grounds, interior and offices of Guyoil Aviation Services Inc. (G.A.S.I.).
Responsibilities
- Assemble, install and repair office furniture when necessary.
- Undertake general repairs to woodwork and other structures.
- Perform work involving fixtures and fittings at the complex.
- Use manual and portable power tools, including a hammer, drill and saw.
- Keep work areas, tools and equipment orderly.
Requirements
- Post primary education.
- Ability to use a construction tape, ruler and level, and to read and interpret instructions from different sources.
- Knowledge of tools and apparatus used in ground and office maintenance.
- Ability to work with the technical team and be receptive to instructions.
- Willingness to undergo safety training.
- Good health and ability to work on scaffolding.
