We are currently seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join a global organization within the medical device and life sciences industry, focused on developing products and solutions that support healthcare, medical technology, and patient care.This is an excellent opportunity for a facilities professional with experience in regulated manufacturing environments who can provide both strategic leadership and hands-on oversight of facilities, maintenance, utilities, infrastructure, and workplace safety.Key Responsibilities:• Lead facility operations across manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, and office environments.• Manage and develop the Facilities and Maintenance team, including staffing, training, performance management, and employee development.• Oversee critical building systems and utilities, including HVAC, electrical systems, boilers, chillers, compressors, pumps, and other facility infrastructure.• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.• Manage operational and capital budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and capital planning.• Oversee contractors, vendors, service agreements, and facilities-related procurement activities.• Support infrastructure upgrades, renovations, facility projects, and other critical business initiatives.• Monitor facility KPIs and SLAs, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.• Provide leadership for Health & Safety (H&S) programs, risk assessments, emergency preparedness, and critical hazard programs.• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, sustainability, asset reliability, and risk-reduction initiatives.Qualifications:• 5+ years of Facilities Management experience within a regulated manufacturing environment.• Experience within the medical device, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or similar regulated industry is highly preferred.• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or a related technical field preferred.• Proven experience leading Facilities, Maintenance, and/or Engineering teams.• Strong knowledge of FDA, MDSAP, MDR, OSHA, ISO 13485, and applicable quality and regulatory requirements.• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, mechanical systems, utilities, life-safety systems, and facility infrastructure.• Experience managing operating and capital budgets, contractors, vendors, and service providers.• Experience working within a GMP-regulated environment.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS systems.• Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.• Fluent English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.If you are an experienced Facilities professional with a strong background in regulated manufacturing, maintenance, engineering, EHS, and operational excellence, we would like to connect with you.
