Facility Manager | On-Site San SalvadorPosition OverviewIntelogix is looking for an experienced Facility Manager to take full ownership of our site operations in San Salvador. This role requires someone who can run a BPO facility from day one: infrastructure, maintenance, vendors, security, safety and compliance. We are not looking to train someone into the role. Proven, hands-on facility management experience is a hard requirement.Key ResponsibilitiesSite operations: Full ownership of the building's day to day operation: electrical systems, HVAC, generators/UPS, plumbing, lighting and general infrastructure for a 24/7 operationPreventive and corrective maintenance: Design and execute the preventive maintenance calendar; respond to and resolve corrective issues with minimal disruption to operationsVendor and contract management: Source, negotiate and supervise vendors (cleaning, security, maintenance, cafeteria, transportation, supplies); hold them to SLAs and budgetBudget management: Own the facilities budget: forecasting, cost control, purchase orders and invoice validationHealth, safety and compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations (Ministerio de Trabajo, cuerpo de bomberos, municipal permits); lead the health and safety committee, evacuation plans and drillsSecurity: Oversee physical security: access control, CCTV, guard services and incident protocolsSpace planning: Manage seating capacity, expansions, buildouts and reconfigurations in coordination with Operations and Workforce ManagementBusiness continuity: Maintain contingency plans for power, connectivity and infrastructure failures in a 24/7 environmentRequirements4+ years of experience in facility management, with at least 3 years managing a corporate or BPO/contact center siteProven experience managing critical infrastructure for continuous operations: generators, UPS, HVAC, access controlStrong vendor negotiation and contract management track recordWorking knowledge of Salvadoran regulatory requirements: permits, safety committees, labor and municipal complianceBudget ownership experience: forecasting, cost control and reportingIntermediate to advanced English (B1+) desirable; internal reporting is in EnglishTechnical degree or university degree in Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Maintenance or related field desirable; experience outweighs credentialsAvailable to work fully on-site in San Salvador with schedule flexibility for emergencies and 24/7 supportWhat we offerHighly competitive salary, above market for this rolePrivate medical insuranceFull ownership of the facilities function with direct backing from site leadershipLaw benefits from day one (ISSS, AFP, vacations, aguinaldo)Intelogix is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
