Facilities Supervisor

About the RoleWe are looking for an Engineering professional who enjoys being close to the operation, coordinating projects, and seeing improvements turn into real results. This role will play an important part in the planning, coordination, and oversight of maintenance, repair, and infrastructure improvement projects within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Projects may involve buildings, roads, roofs, bridges, platforms, runways, and other facility structures.The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and comfortable working with contractors, technical teams, budgets, and multiple projects at the same time.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and oversee maintenance, repair, and infrastructure improvement projects.Track projects from planning and execution through completion.Supervise work performed by contractors, vendors, and technical personnel.Manage and monitor OPEX and CAPEX budgets, including project costs and reporting.Conduct facility inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs.Ensure compliance with safety requirements, quality standards, and applicable building codes.Manage work orders, inspections, and project documentation through the CMMS system.Prepare scopes of work, contracts, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).Develop and follow up on preventive maintenance plans.Coordinate the resolution of facility-related issues and service requests.Prepare project status, cost, and progress reports.
What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Engineering.3–5 years of related experience in construction, facilities maintenance, project coordination, or a related field.Experience coordinating contractors and infrastructure-related projects.OSHA 30-Hour Certification.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
