PRC Group Services is seeking a reliable Facility Maintenance and Cleaning Technician to join our Houston, Texas team. This full-time position is essential for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning facility that supports our employees and visitors. Key Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of all facility areas, including workspaces, restrooms, and common areas. Conduct minor repairs, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventative maintenance checks regularly. Manage cleaning supplies and maintenance equipment inventory to ensure availability and proper storage. Develop and coordinate cleaning schedules and maintenance plans with team members and management. Respond promptly to maintenance requests, prioritizing tasks to maximize operational efficiency. Maintain clear communication regarding work progress, updates, and any facility issues. Follow all safety protocols and best practices during maintenance and cleaning tasks. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in facility cleaning and maintenance preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Attention to detail and physical stamina to perform demanding tasks. Valid driver’s license is a plus.
