About the role
Confidential is seeking a creative and innovative Fashion Designer to help develop attractive, high-quality clothing collections that represent Hebra's identity and respond to current fashion trends and customer needs. Hebra creates stylish, high-quality clothing designed to inspire self-expression, confidence, and individuality, and develops seasonal collections for a global market. Sustainability, digital marketing, and e-commerce are also important parts of its business.
Responsibilities
- Research current and emerging fashion trends.
- Create original clothing designs and seasonal collections.
- Develop concepts, sketches, and design ideas.
- Select appropriate fabrics, materials, colors, and styles.
- Collaborate with the Production Coordinator and other team members.
- Help ensure products meet quality and aesthetic standards.
- Consider sustainable practices when developing products.
- Participate in creative meetings and contribute innovative ideas.
- Solve design challenges and make improvements when necessary.
Requirements
- Creativity and innovation, knowledge of fashion trends, and a strong sense of style and aesthetics.
- Attention to detail, teamwork and communication skills, and creative and strategic thinking.
