The successful candidate will help develop attractive, high-quality clothing collections that represent Hebra's identity and respond to current fashion trends and customer needs.Duties and ResponsibilitiesResearch current and emerging fashion trendsCreate original clothing designs and seasonal collectionsDevelop concepts, sketches, and design ideasSelect appropriate fabrics, materials, colors, and stylesCollaborate with the Production Coordinator and other team membersHelp ensure that products meet quality and aesthetic standardsConsider sustainable practices when developing productsParticipate in creative meetings and contribute innovative IdeasSolve design challenges and make improvements when necessaryCandidate Requirements and Characteristics
