Ragul is seeking a passionate and creative Fashion Designer to join our innovative team in Chandigarh, Tripura, India. As a vital member of our mid-sized company, you will influence fashion trends and help shape our collections with your original designs. Key Responsibilities Design and develop original clothing, accessories, or footwear aligned with current fashion trends and consumer preferences. Collaborate with fabric suppliers, manufacturers, and fellow designers to ensure design quality and production feasibility. Create sketches, color boards, and sample designs for presentations to the team and stakeholders. Manage the entire design process from concept through production. Conduct market research to stay updated on fashion trends and competitor activities. Work closely with marketing, sales, and production teams to align design efforts with business goals. Review samples and make adjustments based on feedback from colleagues and customers. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or related field. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Strong creative thinking and innovative design skills. Excellent communication and time management abilities. 2-3 years of experience in fashion design or related industry preferred.
