Fiber Splicer and Network Technician in Kankavli, Maharashtra

Ashish is seeking a dedicated and skilled Fiber Splicer and Network Technician to join our team in Kankavli, Maharashtra, India . This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-growing telecommunications sector, playing a vital role in enhancing and maintaining our fiber optic network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Perform precise fiber splicing to maintain optical network integrity and durability. Design and implement customized network solutions based on customer needs. Deploy fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) solutions using GPON technology. Conduct routine network maintenance and troubleshoot system issues promptly. Collaborate with engineering teams to design and launch new network services. Provide technical support and training to junior technicians to build team expertise. Ensure all work complies with industry regulations and safety standards. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant fiber optics and networking experience. Proficiency in fiber splicing, network design, optical network design, and FTTH implementation. Strong knowledge of GPON technology is highly desirable. Familiarity with industry safety protocols and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 1-2 years of experience in a similar fiber splicing or network technician role preferred. This position requires excellent teamwork and communication skills. You will report directly to the Network Operations Manager and work closely with engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality network solutions.
