Key Responsibilities Manage the entire recruitment process from candidate sourcing to onboarding. Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidate suitability. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent. Build and maintain strong relationships with local agencies, schools, and community groups. Train and mentor field agents on recruitment best practices and effective communication. Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and interactions. Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize strategies to meet hiring targets. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; further education in Human Resources or related field preferred. Proven recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally in sales environments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
