This role involves direct interaction with HR Heads, CHROs, and Senior Leaders across various industries to promote the Best Culture to Work® and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) awards. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Conduct field visits and connect with companies across the Tri-Cities region Engage and build relationships with HR Heads and Business Leaders Present and sell: Best Culture to Work® & Best EVP Awards Consulting & Training services in Innovation, Leadership, Change, Talent, Capability & Learning Explain the award process and organizational transformation journey Schedule meetings, follow up diligently, negotiate terms, and close sales deals 🏢 Target Companies Companies with revenue of ₹100+ Crore and workforce of 100+ employees Industries spanning 18 sectors including IT, Pharma, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Hospitals, Education, Retail, BFSI, and more 👤 Who Should Apply Excellent spoken English communication skills Confident, self-motivated communicator who enjoys fieldwork and corporate interactions No prior HR consulting experience required Open to freshers and entry-level professionals eager to grow 💰 Compensation CTC: ₹1.4 Lakh per year Join Creative Learnings Academy and be part of a dynamic team driving organizational culture transformation through award-winning HR solutions.
