Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to boost loyalty and sales. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Gather and report market intelligence and competitive activity insights. Collaborate with marketing to implement effective promotional campaigns. Provide valuable feedback on customer needs and product performance to senior management. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven sales experience, preferably within the telecommunications industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and time management skills. Sales certifications are a plus. 1-3 years of relevant sales experience preferred. As a vital member of our dedicated sales team, you will report directly to the Sales Manager and work closely with marketing and customer service departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
