Field Sales Representative

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented sales representative with at least 3 years of field sales experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing distributor and retailer relationships, increasing product visibility, and achieving sales targets across Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities Develop and expand sales networks across Tamil Nadu. Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, retailers, and institutional customers. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and business partners. Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and increase product penetration. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Present and promote the company's hygiene and personal care product portfolio to customers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts. Prepare and submit sales reports, market feedback, and travel reports. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support. Participate in trade exhibitions, promotional activities, and product launches when required.
