Field Service Technician

We are now looking for a Field Service Technician to join our growing service team in Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their technical career who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and delivering excellent customer service in a hands-on environment.
About the RoleAs a Field Service Technician, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by ensuring our products are installed, maintained, and operating at their best. You’ll work closely with customers, internal teams, and partners to deliver a consistently high standard of service.
Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out installations, routine maintenance, repairs, and customer training on Peak Scientific productsRespond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional supportDeliver a high standard of service aligned with a “right first time” approachProduce clear and accurate service reports following each visitManage and maintain your service inventory and van stockCollaborate with internal teams including Sales, Engineering, and Logistics to ensure seamless customer supportEscalate complex customer issues where requiredContinuously build your technical knowledge across the full product range
What We’re Looking ForTechnical qualification in electronics, mechanical engineering, or mechatronicsHands-on experience or knowledge of electrical, mechanical or hydraulic systemsA proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independentlyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English (professional working level)Full, valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel frequently
