This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to ensure the accuracy and legitimacy of health insurance claims through detailed fieldwork and investigative analysis. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough field investigations to verify health claims and authenticate submitted documents. Engage with healthcare providers, claimants, and other relevant parties to gather detailed information and conduct interviews. Document investigation findings meticulously and prepare comprehensive reports to support claims assessments. Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all regulatory requirements throughout the investigation process. Use strong observation and analytical skills to identify discrepancies and potential fraud indicators. Collaborate with internal teams including claims processing, legal, and compliance departments for holistic case reviews. Effectively manage multiple investigations simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Excellent observation and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in detailed verification and documentation procedures. Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical thinking aptitude. Prior experience in claims processing, insurance investigation, or related fields is preferred.
