• Research and gather documentation to compile comprehensive reports, deliver operational reports, and complete transactional tasks.
• Work with banking and financial entities, international agencies, or government officials.
• Assist with vendor and client registration, purchasing, and accounts payable processes.
• Update records in the company system.
• Assist with departmental programs, projects, and processes.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
• Track due dates and compliance with US tax returns and other legal requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in finance areas.
• Expertise with web-based tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with proven organizational skills.
• Advanced English, spoken and written, is a must.
