Overview of the role:
We are seeking a Finance Analyst to join our team and help drive our growth. As a Finance Analyst, you will play a critical and active role in the day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities:
- Perform research and gather documentation to compile comprehensive reports delivering operational reports, and transactional tasks.- Work with banking/financial entities, international agencies, or government officials.- Assist in vendor and client registration, purchasing, and accounts payable processes.- Data processing: responsible for updating records in the company system.- Assist in the department's programs, projects, and processes.- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.- Assist in tracking due dates and compliance with US tax returns and other legal requirements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working in finance areas.- Expertise with web-based tools.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Interpersonal and presentation skills.- Organized and detail-oriented.- Proven organizational skills.- Advanced English, both spoken and written (a must).
