Finance Controller

The Finance Controller will play a key role in leading the organization's financial operations, ensuring compliance, driving financial performance, and supporting strategic decision-making. We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and solid experience in finance and accounting.
Skills and RequirementsCandidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and financial management, preferably within international consulting firms or multinational organizations. Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate experience leading teams, strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely and high-quality execution of deliverables.Experience with Oracle, Power BI, and Artificial Intelligence based tools or solutions will be considered a strong advantage.
Role ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee accounting operations and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate standards.Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial reports for local and global stakeholders.Drive management control activities through KPI monitoring, financial analysis, and performance reporting.Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.Manage treasury activities, including cash flow planning and financial risk management.Oversee tax compliance and ensure adherence to local fiscal regulations.Ensure compliance with local legislation and corporate governance policies.Lead and develop the finance team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Support strategic business initiatives through financial insights, forecasting, and decision-making analysis.Report directly to the Local CFO and collaborate with regional and global stakeholders.
