Finance Coordinator

We are looking for a Finance Coordinator with solid experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, internal controls, and team management to join a global organization.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.3+ years of post-certification experience in Finance within multinational companies.3+ years of proven experience managing teams.Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.Experience with taxation and transfer pricing.Experience working with large-scale ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.Experience with consolidated financial reporting.Advanced English / bilingual proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:• Oversee the preparation and timely delivery of financial and management reports.• Coordinate and lead the Finance team.• Optimize financial processes and controls to drive efficiencies.• Oversee cash flow management and treasury functions.• Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.• Analyze financial results, KPIs, trends, and key business drivers.• Act as a Business Partner to support strategic decision-making.• Coordinate external audit processes.• Follow up on tax, corporate, and regulatory matters.• Lead, develop, and strengthen the Finance team.
