Position Summary

The Managed Services Costing Analyst will be a key contributor within the NCR Atleos Finance and Global Pricing organization, supporting financial decision-making and costing activities across Managed Services and ATMaaS offerings. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing cost models that support pricing strategies and deal structuring. The analyst will work independently on core deliverables while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to translate operational inputs into financial insights. This role will also support and progressively contribute to the evolution of Global Managed Services costing frameworks and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed cost models and standardized assumptions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceabilityCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Solution Management and others) to gather inputs and validate assumptionsPartner closely with Deal Desk teams to provide reliable cost inputs for customer opportunities globallyConduct supportive analysis to help identify opportunities to improve performance, optimize cost structures, and enhance profitabilityCommunicate financial and operational trends, including key insights, risks, and recommended actionsSupport ongoing efforts to standardize and improve global costing frameworks and data quality

Educational & Professional Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, costing, pricing, or similar rolesGood technical background; advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPointExperience working with large datasets and structured financial modelsStrong communication skills and ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insightsLanguage: Fluent English (mandatory)
