As Finance Director Operating Center in Guatemala, you will be responsible for a team of roughly 100 employees supporting F&A activities for the Americas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Finance & Accounting shared services operations, including Settlement Operations, Procurement, Digital Collections, FP&A, and other centralized finance processes.
• Drive process standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement to improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and cost effectiveness.
• Establish and manage service delivery performance, including KPIs, SLAs, productivity metrics, customer satisfaction measures, and operational scorecards.
• Maintain a strong internal control environment and ensure compliance with SOX, IFRS/GAAP, corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives using automation, AI, robotics, workflow technologies, and digital tools to improve process effectiveness and reduce manual effort.
• Partner with Corporate Finance, Business Units, Treasury, Tax, FP&A, and Controllership teams to deliver financial services and support business objectives.
