🎯Responsibilities
Analyze business performance and proactively communicate challenges, risks and opportunities through clear fact-based insights proposing actionable recommendations. Develop and lead diverse financial analysis focused on business trends, performance evaluation, projections and management reporting. Partner with cross-functional teams to provide a deep understanding of the business model, financial implications and support decision making. Coordinate and deliver rolling forecasts in collaboration with the Regional controlling team, ensuring alignment with business partners as well as clear communication of financial results to Leadership team. Take ownership of implementing finance initiatives tracking their execution and business impact. Actively engage in cross-functional collaboration across departments and within regional controlling community to foster alignment and best practice sharing.
