The Finance Management Analyst role focuses on optimizing liquidity and strengthening financial operations through strategic finance management. The work includes cash management, forecasting, managing daily financial resources, executing billing processes, and developing financial analyses to support business decision-making and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize daily cash positions and financial resources across multiple banking platforms.
- Process payment transactions accurately while following established protocols and compliance requirements.
- Execute and monitor invoicing and collection activities throughout billing cycles.
- Maintain financial data and records within ERP systems and databases.
- Develop cash flow projections and financial forecasting models for strategic planning.
- Monitor overdue accounts receivable and implement follow-up actions to optimize collections.
- Create financial analyses and reports highlighting collection issues, payment trends, and performance metrics.
- Balance cash accounts and reconcile banking transactions daily.
- Collaborate with departments to identify and resolve financial discrepancies and operational issues.
- Identify and propose process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and operational effectiveness.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, with a strong quantitative and analytical foundation.
