About the role

Teads is a leading omnichannel advertising platform focused on driving outcomes for brand and performance advertisers across screens. The Finance Manager - Mexico will lead Finance for the Mexico legal entity, overseeing accounting operations, local financial reporting, financial analysis, and internal controls.

The role supports a fast-paced, multinational technology organization and works closely with regional Finance and Accounting leadership, local Commercial leadership, Human Resources, and external accounting firms. It is responsible for the integrity of financial information reported to Corporate Accounting and supports the Mexico business as its primary Finance leader on the ground.

Statutory reporting and tax filings are prepared by external accounting partners. The role also contributes to Finance transformation initiatives through adoption of NetSuite, AI-enabled tools, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close process under US GAAP, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance.
• Oversee accounting operations, local financial reporting, financial analysis, and internal controls for the Mexico legal entity.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and Mexican statutory requirements.
• Lead and develop a team of three accounting team members through day-to-day management, coaching, and continuous development.
• Oversee external accounting partners and collaborate with regional Finance and Accounting leadership, local Commercial leadership, and Human Resources.
• Support Finance transformation initiatives through the adoption of NetSuite, AI-enabled tools, and automation.
