About the role
Sokimex Investment Group Career is seeking a Finance Manager.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee financial models, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and consolidated financial reports.
- Monitor project costs, BOQs, budget variances, and cash flow management to support project profitability.
- Lead the accounting team and oversee the implementation and maintenance of ERP and financial systems.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, ACAR, and local laws.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager in the construction or real estate sector.
- In-depth understanding of project accounting, construction, and local real estate laws and regulatory requirements.
