This executive leadership role reports directly to top management and holds full P&L responsibility for the Houston market. The ideal candidate will translate corporate vision into actionable financial plans, build and lead a high-performance finance team, and ensure the company’s financial health and integrity. Key Responsibilities Oversee all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decision-making and provide insights into performance metrics. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and prepare reports for management and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial impacts of operational decisions and projects. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, promoting best practices in financial management. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations and efficiency. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Strong financial acumen and analytical skills with proficiency in financial reporting and analysis. Experience with financial management software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar tools. Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in leadership positions.
