About the role
FabricAir is looking for an experienced, hands-on Finance Manager to take ownership of the finance function for FabricAir Mexico. The current Finance Manager will retire during December, and the role is intended for her successor. The expected start date is November 1, 2026, allowing time for a thorough handover and to become familiar with the business, processes and key stakeholders before taking full responsibility.
This is a key finance position in FabricAir's Mexican manufacturing operation. The role combines responsibility for accounting, tax, treasury and reporting with business-oriented manufacturing finance and participation in the global finance transformation. You will report directly to the Group CFO in Denmark and work closely with colleagues across FabricAir's global finance organization.
FabricAir is a Danish manufacturer of fabric-based air dispersion systems for HVAC. Its headquarters are in Køge, Denmark, and its manufacturing operations include a facility in Silao, Guanajuato. Through global subsidiaries and a partner network, FabricAir delivers solutions to customers in more than 120 markets worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for accurate, compliant and efficient financial operations for the Mexican entity.
- Own accounting, monthly and year-end closing, and financial reporting to the Group.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican accounting, tax and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors and authorities.
- Oversee accurate and timely company payroll processing using NOMIPAQ, ensuring compliance with applicable ISR, IMSS and INFONAVIT requirements.

- Understand the numbers in detail while maintaining a broader view of the business.
