We are seeking a Marketing Operations Senior Analyst to lead the operational and financial governance driving our marketing organization. Positioned at the intersection of business operations, strategic finance, and growth execution, this role acts as the primary operational partner connecting marketing leadership with regional Finance, Procurement, and Legal teams.
Core Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Budget Governance: Direct the forecasting, tracking, and monthly financial reconciliation for campaign, media, and influencer investments. Monitor spend utilization and deliver data-driven optimization recommendations to maximize performance.Procurement Operations & Workflow Optimization: Own the end-to-end Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle. Eliminate cross-border operational bottlenecks across Colombia and Mexico to accelerate vendor onboarding and payment cycles.Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the central operational point of contact for a 50+ person marketing organization, ensuring campaign launches adhere to governance standards and execution timelines.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in Marketing Operations, Business Operations (BizOps), Strategy & Operations, or Strategy Consulting within high-growth tech scale-ups.Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, financial modeling, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with BI tools and reporting frameworks.Execution Expertise: Direct experience managing PR/PO procurement workflows, vendor invoicing, and multi-account campaign spend.Communication: Business fluency in English and Spanish, with demonstrated skill in managing cross-functional stakeholders.
