Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day financial operations including receipts, payments, vouchers, and invoices to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Ensure proper accounting entries using ERP, Tally, or Excel systems to support financial integrity. Prepare annual budgets in collaboration with management, track budget utilization, and report variances to support effective financial planning. Process accounts payable and receivable, including vendor bills and employee reimbursements, ensuring timely payments and collections. Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports for management review. Maintain compliance with tax regulations including GST, TDS, and Income Tax; prepare documentation for audits and coordinate with auditors effectively. Monitor daily cash flow and bank balances, prepare bank reconciliations, and manage petty cash with strict internal controls. Implement and improve financial policies and procedures to enhance transparency, accuracy, and fraud prevention. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles. Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally, and Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of Indian tax laws including GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
