Finance Officer - Balkrishna Consultants, Sāngli, Maharashtra, India Join Balkrishna Consultants as a Finance Officer to manage and oversee the financial operations of our organization. This full-time position based in Sāngli requires expertise in financial management, budgeting, accounting, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Handle daily financial operations, maintain accurate records of receipts, payments, vouchers, and invoices. Ensure proper accounting entries using ERP, Tally, or Excel. Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare annual budgets with management, monitor budget usage, highlight variances, and assist in financial planning and forecasting. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor bills, employee reimbursements, and payments. Follow up on outstanding client payments to ensure timely collections. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports. Present financial data to management for informed decision-making. Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax laws. Prepare documentation for audits and coordinate with auditors to address queries. Cash & Bank Management: Monitor daily cash flow and bank balances, prepare bank reconciliations, and manage petty cash with proper controls. Policy & Process Management: Implement and monitor financial policies and procedures to improve internal controls, prevent errors and fraud, and maintain transparency and accuracy.
