Finance Operations Supervisor

The Finance Operations Supervisor coordinates and oversees data entry, deposit applications, payment processing, reconciliations, and other financial operations activities.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, or at least 2 years of experience in Financial Operations.Knowledge and understanding of the General Ledger (GL).Banking process knowledge is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.High attention to detail.Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (85% or higher).Ability to interact effectively with employees at all organizational levels.Ability to learn new systems quickly.Proactive and results-oriented mindset.Willingness to continuously learn and take on new challenges.
