Job OverviewThe Project Manager / Program Manager will manage financial technology implementation projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking delivery milestones, managing risks, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.Candidates must have hands-on experience with Asset Finance and Leasing implementations. Relevant Asset Finance implementation experience will be considered more important than overall years of experience.ResponsibilitiesExecute project objectives with minimal supervision.Analyze requirements and recommend project improvements.Identify risks and support mitigation strategies.Manage project tasks and team assignments.Coordinate with stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.Monitor schedules, milestones, and delivery progress.Improve project execution through industry best practices.Support quality assurance and delivery governance.Education RequirementsUniversity degree or equivalent experience.2–3 years of relevant project management experience preferred.PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are a plus.Required SkillsProject ManagementStakeholder EngagementAsset Finance / Leasing KnowledgeRisk ManagementTime ManagementCommunication SkillsResource PlanningData AnalysisProblem SolvingNegotiationQuality Assurance
