Finance SpecialistKey ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Reporting: Manage daily accounting activities, monthly closing, bank reconciliations and financial reporting; review financial information prepared by external accountants and follow up on discrepancies.Tax & Compliance: Coordinate local tax filings and statutory compliance with external service providers, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tax and regulatory requirements.AP, AR & Cash Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable, customer collections, local payments, bank activities and cash flow monitoring.Business & Operational Finance: Support billing, revenue recognition, inventory, imports and logistics-related financial activities, ensuring proper reconciliation of business and accounting records.Stakeholder & Control Management: Coordinate with Headquarters, local teams, banks and external service providers; support audits and maintain appropriate financial controls, documentation and compliance.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.3+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably within a multinational company or local entity environment.Solid knowledge of Chilean accounting, tax and statutory requirements.Hands-on experience in monthly closing, bank reconciliation, AP/AR and tax compliance.Experience working with external accounting, tax or audit service providers.Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.Good command of Excel and financial/accounting systems; ERP experience is a plus.Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently and across different teams.Fluent Spanish and working proficiency in English are required.Preferred: Experience with Chilean tax filings (e.g. Formulario 29 / Formulario 22), inventory/import operations, SOX or internal controls.
