- Monthly close, invoicing, and payments operations: Request, receive, and cross-check contractor invoices against logged hours, approved rates, and milestones before approving payouts.
- Execute contractor and staff payments on time through platforms like Deel, Wise, Payoneer, or direct bank transfers.
- Handle client billing promptly to support smooth accounts receivable.
- Process team expenses and track commission calculations accurately.
- Financial analysis, modeling, and budgeting: Build and update monthly performance reports across the entire business.
