What you will be doing:Execute comprehensive financial analysis to guide high-level strategic business decisionsDevelop and deliver highly detailed financial reports, variance analyses, and revenue forecastsScrutinize banking and financial data to uncover market trends, potential risks, and growth opportunitiesLead and support critical budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning initiativesAct as a strategic partner to leadership, translating raw financial data into clear, actionable business strategiesGuarantee total accuracy, regulatory compliance, and completeness across all internal financial reportingDeliver compelling presentations of financial findings and strategic recommendations to key stakeholdersWork cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and executive leadership teams to align financial goals
What you need to succeed:Must have 7+ years of proven professional experience as a Financial Analyst or in a high-level finance roleMust have direct experience working within the banking sector (non-negotiable)Must possess advanced, expert-level proficiency in Excel and building complex financial modelsOutstanding English communication skills (written and verbal) to confidently present to US-based stakeholdersA sharp analytical mind with exceptional problem-solving skills and a relentless attention to detailThe unique ability to distill complex financial data into clear, digestible insights for non-financial leadersExceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environmentA self-motivated, proactive mindset to thrive independently in a fully remote setting
