We're Hiring | Financial Analyst (Temporary Position)

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support a 4-month temporary project. The position will be hired through a specialized outsourcing service provider, offering a competitive salary, statutory benefits, and a hybrid work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
Consolidate and integrate financial information from multiple regional ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP Business One, and Power BI). For Mexico, Latam, Guatemala and BrazilPrepare monthly financial reports, including:Budget vs. Actuals (by country and consolidated)Business Plan reportsFinancial statements reportsUpload financial information into TM1 for the Finance Catch-Up process.Develop executive-level financial presentations.Identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting and data integration processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration with a Finance focus, or a related field.Strong execution skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities.Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.Tech-savvy mindset; experience with financial systems is a plus.
