Financial Controller

A leading multinational company in its industry is looking to hire a Financial Controller. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position will play a key role in the financial management of the business, providing analysis, control, and support for decision-making, while working closely with different areas across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Analyze key financial and cost drivers, identifying risks, opportunities, and improvement actions.Manage and control manufacturing costs, including standard costing, cost allocations, and production variance analysis.Prepare financial analyses and management reports to support business decision-making.Ensure compliance with applicable policies, internal controls, and financial standards, including SOX and IFRS/US GAAP.Support the management of cash flow, working capital, foreign exchange (FX) exposure, and hedging.Manage and analyze matters related to transfer pricing, intercompany transactions, and tax matters within a multinational environment.Drive the improvement and automation of financial processes through digital and analytical tools.
Required Profile
University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting/Auditing, Finance, or a related field.Relevant experience in Controlling, Finance, FP&A, and/or Manufacturing Finance roles.Experience working in multinational companies and/or manufacturing environments.Experience in high-complexity industries is desirable.Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cost controlling.Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and Power BI.Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP, SOX, taxation, and transfer pricing.Advanced English proficiency, required for interaction with regional and/or global teams.
