Financial Planning and Analysis FPA Leader

Position Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Controller to support the Controller in managing the company’s financial operations and providing timely accounting and financial information for strategic business decisions. The role has a strong focus on manufacturing costs, financial reporting, planning, SAP, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze daily manufacturing costs and operating expenses, including absorption, scrap, overtime, and standard versus actual costs.Support financial planning and expense control by identifying risks and opportunities in operating costs.Perform the semiannual standard cost calculation and annual labor rate calculation.Execute accounting entries and reclassifications.Support the monthly accounting close, including account monitoring, accrual preparation, and reconciliation documentation.Prepare account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial information to support audit requirements.Provide financial information and cost-benefit analysis for cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.Support the calculation and analysis of business KPIs related to cost, headcount, efficiency, and productivity.Collaborate with Operations, Payroll, Human Resources, Shared Services, Purchasing, Logistics, Traffic, and Corporate Finance/Internal Audit.

Requirements
Experience in manufacturing is required.Strong experience in cost accounting and/or financial reporting (FP&A).Knowledge of:Cost analysis and reporting.Financial planning and forecasting.Standard costing.Financial and accounting principles.Manufacturing cost analysis.SAP ERP, particularly Finance and Cost-related functionality.Advanced English proficiency.
