Your responsibilities as a Financial Reporting Expert will be:Prepare and consolidate financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow reportsPrepare and support external regulatory reporting requirements, including SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K)Coordinate internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with SOX and applicable regulationsAnalyze financial variances and trends, providing recommendations and insights to senior managementManage intercompany reporting and complex financial calculations, including EPS dilution, stock-based compensation, and consolidated cash flowsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and support forecasting initiativesExecute and maintain key internal controls, including SOX-related controls, ensuring compliance with established policies and proceduresIdentify, document, and escalate exceptions to internal controls and financial processes as required
In addition, you can make a difference if you meet:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldCPA, CIA, or MBA is preferredThree (3) to five (5) years of professional experience in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or Financial ReportingExperience supporting public company reporting and regulatory filings is highly preferredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong analytical, financial reporting, and compliance skillsCPA preferredKnowledge of SOX controls, financial statements, and regulatory reporting requirements
