We're looking for a dedicated and driven Fire Alarm Sales Representative to join us on-site in Boston, MA. This full-time role offers a competitive base salary of $70,000 to $90,000 per year plus commission, with total earnings potentially reaching $140,000 to $150,000 annually. Key Responsibilities Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to expand our customer base. Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ fire alarm needs to recommend customized, compliant safety solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that clearly communicate the benefits and features of our advanced fire alarm systems. Collaborate closely with the technical team to develop tailored proposals and accurate quotations that meet client requirements. Follow up diligently on leads and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and foster repeat business. Stay informed on the latest fire safety regulations, industry trends, and technological advancements to maintain expert knowledge. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing actively to team goals and company growth. What We're Looking For Required: Certification in Fire Alarm Systems, demonstrating technical proficiency and compliance knowledge. Minimum 2-4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in fire safety, security, or related industries. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage decision-makers and build trust. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for efficient sales management and reporting. Preferred: Familiarity with local and national fire alarm codes and standards to ensure regulatory compliance. Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tailor solutions to diverse client needs.
