Fleet Officer

1. Conduct fleet inspections and quality checks to ensure vehicles are safe, clean, compliant with company standards, and ready for deployment.
2. Coordinate vehicle operations and maintenance by supporting dispatch activities, monitoring repairs, working with vendors, and ensuring timely movement of vehicles between locations.
3. Maintain fleet documentation and compliance by reporting vehicle damages, monitoring GPS visibility, ensuring preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
