About the role
Satellogic is a vertically integrated Earth Observation company that designs, manufactures, and operates satellite systems, delivering decision-grade insights at scale to government and commercial customers.
The Mission and Operations (M&O) team oversees the in-orbit operations of the company’s satellite constellation, from launch and commissioning through day-to-day operations and decommissioning. The Flight Application Engineering team is part of M&O.
Responsibilities
- Support satellite operations, including planning, optimization, collection, and download of requested data.
- Help ensure satellites are in the correct orbits, out of collision courses, healthy, and up-to-date with the latest software upgrades from engineering teams.
